Overview:
As a Area Manager, you were responsible for managing the daily operations of a single food truck outlet, ensuring smooth operations, excellent customer service, and consistent food quality. You acted as the main person in charge of coordinating the team, monitoring sales performance, maintaining cleanliness and SOP compliance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your role also involved handling stock management, resolving operational issues, supporting marketing activities, and driving business growth through efficient operations and strong teamwork.

• Managed the daily operations of one food truck outlet and reported directly to the management team.
• Supervised staff performance to ensure smooth operations, service quality, and SOP compliance.
• Monitored daily sales performance, stock usage, food quality, cleanliness, and customer service standards.
• Conducted regular checks on food preparation, hygiene, and truck cleanliness to maintain company standards.
• Assisted in planning and executing local marketing and promotional activities to increase sales and brand awareness.
• Handled customer inquiries and resolved complaints professionally to maintain customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Managed inventory, stock ordering, and cost control to minimize wastage and ensure operational efficiency.
• Prepared daily sales reports, operational updates, and feedback for management review.
• Trained and guided team members to improve teamwork, productivity, and service performance.
• Ensured the food truck operated efficiently during events, peak hours, and daily business activities.

Requirements

• Possess at least SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in F&B operations, food truck
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and SOP compliance.
• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and flexible shifts when required.
• Physically fit and able to handle operational tasks.
• Possess a valid driving license and able to drive a manual van confidently.
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to travel to different locations/events if needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
