• Monitor and supervise mechanical maintenance works at site.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance (PPM) and corrective maintenance.
• Troubleshoot mechanical equipment and building systems.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and clients regarding maintenance activities.
• Prepare maintenance reports and documentation.
• Ensure all maintenance works comply with safety and operational standards.
• Assist in project coordination and site inspections.
• Monitor asset condition and maintenance schedules.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Knowledge in pumps, plumbing, and building services systems.
• Able to troubleshoot mechanical systems effectively.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Possess own transport and willing to travel if required.

Job summary

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
