Full Time Collection Officer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,200 in AVENTIS CAPITAL GROUP SDN BHD Federal Territory - Maukerja

Responsibility:

• Recover debts in a skillful and professional manner from clients.
• To carry out extensive daily calls to negotiate with clients on payments and settlements.
• Remind clients on overdue payments.
• Update clients on Credit Balance.
• Build relationship and rapport with clients.
• Record and report outcome of collection to superior.
• To perform any ad hoc duties and assignment given by management without compromise.

Requirements:

• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English.
• Realiable and trustworthy.
• Candidate must possess at least a Certificate/Diploma/Degree in any field.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in Collection / Recovery or Customer Service.
• Ability to communicate with people from all levels.
• Possess positive attitude, pleasant personality and basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure with attention to details.
