Role: Customer Support Executive – Japanese Language (N1 Certified)
Job Location: Cyberjaya
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are looking for highly skilled Japanese-speaking professionals to support global customer operations. The role involves handling customer interactions in Japanese, resolving queries efficiently, and delivering excellent customer experience through voice, email, and chat support channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support to Japanese-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests professionally and efficiently.
  • Deliver accurate information regarding products, services, and technical/process-related issues.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality standards.
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant internal teams when required.
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions in CRM systems.
  • Meet SLA, productivity, and quality targets.
  • Collaborate with multicultural and cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and customer data confidentiality.

Required Qualifications

  • JLPT N1 Certification is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English.
  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Prior experience in customer support/BPO/shared services is preferred.
  • Freshers with strong Japanese communication skills may also apply.
  • Good typing and computer skills.

  • Ability to work in rotational shifts.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with international customer handling is an advantage.
