What you'll be doing?

• Manage payroll processing: Oversee the full-cycle payroll processing for multiple staff in Malaysia and Singapore.
• Ensure compliance: Stay updated with payroll statutory changes and ensure compliance with Malaysia & Singapore statutory requirements.
• Support junior team members: Guide and support junior team members in payroll activities.
• Handle payroll queries: Serve as the contact point for all daily payroll activities and query solutions.

Who are they looking for?

• 3+ years of experience: Minimum 3 years of payroll experience, preferably in payroll outsourcing and f&b industry.
• Malaysia and Singapore payroll: Hands-on experience handling both Malaysia and Singapore payroll is required.
• Payroll systems: Experience using payroll systems such as Rymnet, Orisoft, StaffAny, TU Time, TU Pay or similar.
• Attention to detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in payroll calculations.
• Communication skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
