• Assist in achieving monthly and annual sales targets
• Develop and maintain good relationships with customers and clients
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends
• Support sales planning and execution strategies
• Monitor sales activities and follow up on customer enquiries
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order processing and delivery
• Support and guide sales team members when required
• Attend client meetings, presentations, and business discussions
