Full Time Marketing - Student Recruitment Executive (Jakarta-Based) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,500 in Topcan International - Maukerja

We are looking for a creative and independent individual to support our Indonesia market through marketing, student recruitment, and event-related initiatives.

You will help develop campaigns, manage social media content, support education events, and communicate with prospective students interested in overseas creative education pathways.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns for the Indonesia market
• Manage and create social media content
• Produce short-form video and promotional content
• Design marketing materials including flyers, presentation slides, and website visuals
• Support education events, workshops, school visits, and exhibitions
• Communicate with prospective students and parents regarding overseas education pathways
• Present the company and partner institutions during consultations and events
• Coordinate closely with the Singapore HQ team on marketing and recruitment initiatives
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students and partners

Requirements

• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Familiar with Indonesian social media trends and youth culture
• Able to work independently and manage projects responsibly
• Basic skills in graphic design, content creation, filming, and editing
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Suite, Canva, CapCut, or equivalent
• Comfortable appearing on camera and interacting with students and parents
• Interest in education, branding, marketing, or creative industries

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in Illustration, Graphic Design, Advertising, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related fields
• Prior overseas study experience is an advantage
• Experience in social media marketing, events, or student engagement is a plus

This role is especially suitable for graduates looking to serve their Singapore Tuition Grant (TG) bond while returning to Indonesia, as you will be employed under our Singapore-registered company while working closely with our Singapore HQ remotely.
