Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Software Engineer Intern to contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of Orca Cloud, our cloud platform. This internship offers an opportunity to work on real-world features and gain hands-on experience across the full web development stack.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of Orca Cloud.
- Build and enhance frontend and backend features.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to implement scalable and secure solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues, fix bugs, and improve application performance.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Express, and SQL.
- Familiarity with modern web development concepts, including:
- Performance optimization
- Web security best practices
- Authentication and authorization
- RESTful APIs
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Git and version control.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment workflows.
- Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
