We provide professional technical support, installation, and maintenance services for a wide range of digital fabrication and precision equipment.

As our customer base continues to grow, we are looking for a hands-on Technical Service Engineer who enjoys troubleshooting machines and solving real-world technical challenges.

Training will be provided for candidates with strong technical interest.

Key Responsibilities

Equipment Troubleshooting & Repair

• Diagnose and repair machinery and equipment faults
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues
• Identify root causes and implement effective solutions

Installation & Maintenance

• Perform installation, setup, and calibration of equipment
• Conduct preventive maintenance and machine health checks
• Replace defective parts and verify equipment performance

Technical Support

• Provide technical assistance to customers when required
• Guide customers on proper machine usage and maintenance
• Respond to service cases and ensure timely resolution

Service Reporting

• Prepare service reports and maintain service records
• Track spare parts usage and support inventory control

Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or related field

Experience in machinery, equipment maintenance, automation systems, or technical servicing preferred

Basic understanding of:

• Motors
• Sensors
• Power supply systems
• Mechanical components

Hands-on troubleshooting skills and strong problem-solving ability

Able to work independently and manage service assignments

Good communication skills and customer service mindset

Singapore Class 3 driving licence is an advantage

Entry-level candidates with strong technical interest are welcome (training provided)
