Job Summary

We are looking for a Python Developer / Automation Engineer with experience in Python (Pandas) and Selenium to support automation, data processing, and system enhancement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop scripts, automate workflows, and troubleshoot issues using SQL and Python-based tools. Experience with RPA platforms such as UiPath or Blue Prism, as well as exposure to Java/J2EE technologies, will be an added advantage.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve operational efficiency, and support automation initiatives. This role requires a proactive mindset, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic project environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation scripts and solutions using Python, Pandas, and Selenium.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, analysis, and validation to support business and operational requirements.
• Write SQL queries and scripts to retrieve data, troubleshoot issues, and support system investigations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process automation and operational improvements.
• Support testing, debugging, and issue resolution for automation workflows and applications.
• Assist in developing and maintaining RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath or Blue Prism where applicable.
• Participate in system enhancements, deployment activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Document technical processes, automation logic, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Work closely with team members and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely and quality delivery of solutions.
• Ensure adherence to development standards, best practices, and operational procedures.

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years of experiences in working with Python (Pandas) Selenium.
• Experience of having the knowledge of RPA tools like Blue prism, UI path will be added advantage.
• Having the knowledge of Java, J2EE, will be an added advantage.
• Experience in using SQL for querying data from database, troubleshoot issues by developing scripts, SQL queries.
• Problem solving abilities with good analytical thinking.

Pay: $4,500.00 - $5,300.00 per month
