We are a property consultancy firm in Singapore looking for a creative and driven Marketing & Social Media Support to manage our digital presence and support marketing initiatives.

This role focuses on content creation, social media management, and property marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute social media content (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Create engaging property-related content (videos, reels, posts)
• Perform basic video editing and content optimisation
• Manage and update property listings and marketing materials
• Design and prepare flyers, mailers, and digital ads using Canva or similar tools
• Support digital marketing campaigns (ads, promotions, outreach)
• Monitor performance and suggest improvements for content and campaigns
• Support for daily operations when required

Requirements

• Basic to intermediate skills in video editing (CapCut / Similar)
• Familiar with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
• Experience with Canva or design tools
• Creative, proactive, and able to generate content ideas
• Good organisational and communication skills
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Prior experience in marketing / social media / real estate is an advantage

Work Location:

- Office located within walking distance from Aljunied MRT Station (East-West Line)
