A Landscape and Horticultural Project Director to lead transformative projects that inspire people and push the boundaries of green innovation:
- Conceptualize & Design – Lead the creation of landscape designs and/or spatial conceptualization integrating plantscape and florascape for events based on diverse themes and customer needs.
- Cross-Functional Leadership – Work within a diverse, dynamic team, collaborating across design, operations, marketing, and client relations.
- AI-Driven Innovation – Use artificial intelligence for rapid conceptualization, high-impact presentations, and system improvements to accelerate customer response times.
- Project & Partner Management – Leverage your established network to source and coordinate with trusted partners, ensuring seamless project execution.
- Weekend Availability – Willing to work on weekends when needed (peak seasons, events, installations).
Personal Qualities:
- Minimum 5 years in landscaping, horticulture, events, or related industries.
- Creative & Innovative Mindset – Ability to think beyond the conventional; creativity and originality are strong bonuses.
- Technical Edge – Practical knowledge of AI tools for design, workflow, or client presentations.
- Resourcefulness – A proven track record of tapping into networks to get things done efficiently.
- Collaboration Skills – Comfortable leading and learning in a cross-functional, multicultural environment.

Pay: $6,500.00 - $8,500.00 per month
