Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Maintain office procedures and oversee administrative personnel.
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Arrange meetings, hotel bookings, flight bookings etc.
  • Serve as the point of contact between executives, employees, clients, and other external partners.
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain and update company databases.
  • Manage and organize company documents, correspondence, and records.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Ensure office supplies are stocked and equipment is maintained.
  • Anticipate office needs and order supplies accordingly.
  • Coordinate administrative projects and special events.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports.


Requirements:

  • Have at least 3 years of relevant experience in Administration
  • Possess a Diploma in Administration or equivalent.
