Responsibilities
A. Job Responsibilities:-
1. Responsible to assist MC or the planning , organizing, leading & controlling of all MC function (MC Operation, MC Admin, Coordinate Complaints & liaise with relevant contractors) relating to the Site. This will include, but not limited to manpower, equipment & material planning while ensuring strict cost control to guarantee confirmation.
2. Assist MC to Plan, Organize and lead the overall; MC operation of Site to achieve BOD’S mission, vision & budget.
3. Assist to ensure that all MC activities are performed in the most effective and efficient manner. Sets targets for the team members and provide the necessary coaching to further optimize performance.
4. Responsible for the process improvement and enhancement of the company MC operation.
5. Responsible for ensuring that all standards established are adhered to.
B. Job Task:-
1. Ensure that the Quality System continues to operate in line with:-
a. The specified policies and procedures
b. The requirements of ISO
2. Responsible for initiating improvements in the Quality System, making proper recommendation, follow-up and taking the necessary action(s).
3. Work together with departments to further enhance the net profitability in the Company’s operations.
4. Ensure ongoing motivation and training of all employees. Assess, train and motivate employees in order to maximize productivity.
5. Responsible on day-to-day operations. Implement innovative ideas and other process improvement exercises that guarantee optimum MC operations.
6. Identify, set and implement operation standards for all department under your charge.
7. Review, realign, reengineer and or fine-tune operation to achieve optimum and maximum efficiency.
8. Develop, evaluate and action work methods, processes, cost and system to exceed Company expectations.
9. Constantly look into the improvement of workflow, work efficiency, quality and innovation. Focus on better and more cost effective MC methods.
10. Responsible to manage the coordination of defect rectification works, conduct site inspection , handle purchaser complaint, initiate property handing over activities, manage the MC portfolio, matter with regard to refund / collection, MC admin, MC Security and MC maintenance team.
11. Provide timely and accurate MC reports to the management.
C. Others:-
1. Set an example of honesty and professionalism inside and outside of the Company.
2. Attend training as and when required by the Management.
3. Performs all other scope of works and / or responsibilities which can vary, from time-to-time, as instructed by the Management.
4. In all circumstances, as a team member of the company, you shall be required to assist in any Company event and activity that is held.
Pay: RM3,300.00 - RM8,200.00 per month
Work Location: In person
