We are looking for a responsible and proactive IT Technician to support and manage our HapiRide system operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage the HapiRide system to ensure smooth daily operations
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and support via phone & messaging
- Coordinate with users and partners on service issues and updates
- Perform system updates, troubleshooting, and basic technical support
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve operational and technical issues
- Monitor service performance and propose improvements
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality standards
- Extract and analyze system data for operational insights
- Prepare and submit weekly performance reports
- Assist the admin team with inventory and stock management
Job Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel & computer skills
- Minimum SPM or Diploma holders (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Able to communicate well (BM & basic English)
- Responsible, attentive, and able to follow instructions
- Basic troubleshooting or technical knowledge is an advantage
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to learn and adapt to new systems
- Good problem-solving skills
- Able to handle customer inquiries professionally
- Must have own transport
Work Location: Pulau Sebang, Melaka
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
