Job Description

Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly capable Senior Manager (Hotel Operations) to oversee and lead the daily operational activities of our hotel branch. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities and extensive experience in the hospitality or hotel industry, with a proven track record in improving operational efficiency, enhancing guest satisfaction, and driving service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the hotel’s daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery across all departments
  • Ensure high standards of guest service, quality, and regulatory compliance are consistently maintained
  • Develop and implement operational strategies, procedures, and resource planning for the hotel
  • Monitor departmental performance, service standards, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Identify operational gaps and implement service and process improvements to enhance guest experience
  • Manage operational budgets, control costs, and ensure efficient use of hotel resources
  • Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and supervisors including front office, housekeeping, and F&B
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, hotel SOPs, and local regulatory requirements
  • Work closely with other departments to achieve business objectives and maintain service quality
  • Prepare operational reports and performance updates for senior management
  • Handle escalated guest concerns and operational issues professionally and efficiently

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities
  • Experience in managing hotel operations, guest services, and departmental coordination
  • Proven ability in KPI monitoring, service quality improvement, and cost management
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment
