Receive shipment booking from shipper for LCL/FCLArranging for booking space/container with liner/co-loader and provide booking confirmation to customerTo create draft HBL and MBL and obtain approval and/or shipping instruction from destination offices for all routing order shipments.To check the cut off closing time for every shipment with PortLiaise with operations team on the customs declaration and pick up arrangementPreparing COO, Form D & etc, if anyTo ensure collection of payment before released the Telex / HBL for all COD customerPre-Alert to the Destination officeTo scan all the relevant documents (MBL, HBL and Freight Invoice) to the overseas offices.To follow up with the carriers/co-loaders should there is any delay on the vessel departure date and/or changes on vessel’s details.To follow up with the Operations team on the return of all relevant customs documentations.To ensure error free in billing invoicesTo ensure the correct quotation applied for each billing jobTo verify relevant documents (HBL, MBL, shipper’s invoice and customs form, delivery orders and ocean freight invoice)To ensure the dispute billing to be settle within the agreed time frame with internal as well as external customers.Liaise with all parties for shipments arrangements and handle complaints via emails or phone.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
