Responsibilities
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
1. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and resolve issues.
2. Handle customer complaints and feedback, and escalate complex issues when needed.
3. Keep accurate records and documentation of customer interactions.
4. Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
5. Monitoring parking facilities through CCTV, reporting issues, and preparing relevant reports.
6. Ensure the carpark system is functioning properly and assist with troubleshooting in the event of a breakdown.
JOB REQUIREMENT
1. Diploma/Degree or working experience in call center, customer service, tele sales, etc.
2. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
3. Basic computer skills. (Microsoft office)
4. Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. (verbal & writing). Ability to speak other language is an added advantage.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills, multi-tasking & problem solving skills.
6. Work in team & able to work independently with minimum supervision.
7. Willing to work in shift rotations (am/pm/midnight shift) to ensure we have 24/7 service levels.
8. Willing to work on public holidays and weekends.
9. Perform any other duties as instructed by the company, Board of Directors, Group CEO or your immediate Superior.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
