Klinik Utama 24 Jam Cyberjaya is a growing 24-hour healthcare clinic committed to providing quality and accessible medical care to the community. We offer a wide range of healthcare services including wound dressing, X-ray services, 2D pregnancy scans, weight loss treatments, general medical consultations, and other outpatient healthcare services.

Role Description

• Register patients and manage patient appointmentsments and records
• Assist doctors and nurses during treatments and procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure cleanliness of the clinic
• Handle basic clinical procedures such as dressing preparation and patient vital signs
• Assist with X-ray services, pregnancy scan arrangements, and other clinic services when required
• Dispense medications according to doctor’s instructions
• Manage phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and appointment bookings
• Maintain stock inventory and clinic supplies
• Ensure smooth daily clinic operations and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
• Basic computer knowledge
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible, hardworking, and able to work in a team
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Experience in clinic or healthcare settings is an added advantage

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
