Full Time Backend Engineer (Java - Python) – AI Platform Jobs, Salary up to MYR 8,500 in Radii Global Selangor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Build high-performance REST & gRPC APIs using Java 21 and Spring Boot 3
• Develop and maintain backend services using Python for AI/ML inference, RAG pipelines, and data processing
• Design reactive and non-blocking systems using Spring WebFlux
• Implement event-driven architectures and async workflows using Kafka / Temporal
• Design and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database schemas
• Work with PostgreSQL (including pgvector), Redis, and object storage (MinIO / S3)
• Build and maintain ETL, analytics, and data integration pipelines
• Implement secure authentication and authorization using OAuth2, JWT, Keycloak
• Ensure system reliability targeting 99.95% uptime for production workloads
• Collaborate on AI system integration and backend orchestration for AI services
• Participate in system design, code reviews, and performance optimization

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in Backend Engineering
• Strong production experience with Java & Spring Boot
• Strong proficiency in Python for backend / AI / data processing use cases
• Advanced SQL expertise (PostgreSQL, query optimization, indexing, performance tuning)
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and high-availability architecture
• Experience with APIs, messaging systems, and backend orchestration workflows
• Familiarity with object storage (S3 / MinIO), Redis, and modern backend stacks
• Experience working in production environments with scalable systems
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to AI/ML systems, inference pipelines, or RAG architecture
• Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or AI orchestration workflows
• Familiarity with cloud-native architecture and microservices design
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools in production workflows

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
