Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Production Executive to support our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be involved in monitoring daily production activities, coordinating with relevant departments, and ensuring smooth and efficient workflow on the production floor.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage daily production operations to ensure targets are met in terms of output, quality, and efficiency.
• Coordinate with departments such as Planning, Quality Control, and Maintenance to resolve production issues.
• Ensure production processes comply with company SOPs, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
• Supervise and guide production line operators to maintain discipline and productivity.
• Prepare and update daily or weekly production reports for management review.
• Assist in identifying areas for process improvement and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure proper usage of raw materials and minimize production waste.
• Support training and onboarding of new production staff.

Requirements:

• Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or any related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a team and under minimal supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
