Responsibilities
We are looking for energetic and responsible Part-Time Customer Service staff to manage the front desk and support daily gym operations. You will be the face of Furious Bootcamp – welcoming members, managing classes, assist and ensuring the facility runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily front desk and operations tasks
Manage class attendance and bookings
Maintain cleanliness of the gym and reception area
Handle membership sales inquiry, renewals inquiry, and data entry
To learn basic knowledge of gym packages and retail items
Provide friendly and efficient customer service
Greet all visitors and respond to client inquiries
Support instructors and assist in class management
Requirements:
Fast learner and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment
Open to all races and backgrounds
Long-term applicants preferred. Looking for individuals who can commit at least 6 months or longer
Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork
Friendly, punctual, and service-oriented
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: RM8.00 - RM12.00 per hour
