Full Time Interior Designer (Project-Based) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in SS Designcore Selangor - Maukerja

We are looking for a creative, responsible, and self-driven Interior Designer to join our growing residential interior design team. This role focuses mainly on residential interior design projects, including concept development, space planning, and 3D visualization.

Candidates with at least 2 years of residential interior design experience are preferred. However, fresh graduates with strong skills and portfolio are welcome to apply.

This position operates on a project-based remuneration structure (no fixed monthly salary) and is suitable for designers who are comfortable with performance-based income.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop interior design concepts for residential projects (condo, landed, renovation units)
• Prepare 3D models and renderings using Coohom (mandatory)
• Produce layout planning, space planning, and basic 2D drawings
• Revise designs based on client feedback and project requirements
• Assist in material, finishes, and furniture selection
• Coordinate with project team, site team, and management
• Ensure designs meet client expectations, budget, and timeline

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in residential interior design

(Fresh graduates are welcome if portfolio and skills are strong)

• Must be able to use Coohom confidently
• Good understanding of residential layout planning and carpentry design
• Strong design sense, attention to detail, and time management
• Able to handle multiple projects independently
• Responsible attitude and good communication skills

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)

• Experience in kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, and built-in carpentry
• Familiar with modern, minimalist, Japandi, or contemporary styles
• Able to prepare client presentation boards or mood boards

Compensation Structure

• Project-based remuneration (no fixed monthly salary)
• Earnings are based on number, scale, and complexity of projects handled
• Suitable for designers who are self-motivated and performance-oriented
• High performers have potential to earn more based on workload and efficiency
