Kometsoft is seeking a capable and detail-oriented Project Executive to support the coordination and delivery of projects. Working closely with the Project Manager, the role ensures timelines are tracked, stakeholders are aligned, and project documentation is maintained accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in the planning and execution of ongoing projects
• Coordinate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure deliverables are met
• Monitor project timelines, track progress, and follow up on outstanding action items
• Prepare regular status updates, reports, and relevant documentation
• Ensure proper documentation and version control of project-related materials
• Highlight potential delays or risks and escalate where required
• Assist in managing client communication to ensure clarity and alignment

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a project coordination or project support role
• Prior exposure to IT or Cloud-based projects will be an added advantage
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with project tracking tools will be beneficial

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
