About Puchong Glamping

Puchong Glamping is an upcoming urban outdoor lifestyle destination combining glamping, events, wellness and F&B experiences.

As part of our concept, we are developing a rustic bakery & café experience featuring fresh, handcrafted artisan breads baked daily.

We are looking for a passionate baker to build this from the ground up.

Position: Artisan Bread Baker

We are focusing on:

• Sourdough (natural fermentation)
• Focaccia
• Bagels
• Rustic country loaves
• Ciabatta
• Brioche (basic)
• Breakfast-style bread & sandwich loaves

This is not a cake-focused pastry role.
This role is for someone who understands fermentation, dough structure and artisan baking techniques.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain sourdough starter
• Mix, proof and bake artisan breads daily
• Manage production planning (weekend peak flow)
• Ensure consistency in texture, flavour & crust
• Maintain kitchen hygiene & quality control
• Assist in developing new bread items
• Manage ingredient stock & costing

Requirements

Experience in artisan or sourdough baking
Understand fermentation timing & dough handling
Able to work early shifts
Passionate about bread craftsmanship
Responsible and consistent

Bonus:

• Experience in café or brunch concept
• Able to create bread-based menu ideas

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM5,150.33 per month
