About the Role

Team Keris Berhad (TKB) is seeking a proactive and hands-on IT Executive to support our IT infrastructure, systems, and end-user operations. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth IT operations across both office and project site environments.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, email, and network issues
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and IT devices
• Monitor and support network systems, servers, and connectivity
• Maintain and support business applications (e.g. accounting, project systems)
• Ensure IT security measures, data protection, and system backups are in place
• Manage IT assets, inventory, and software licensing
• Liaise with external vendors for IT support, maintenance, and procurement
• Provide IT setup and support for project sites when required
• Perform routine weekly and fortnightly IT audit checks on all users’ PCs and laptops to ensure compliance, security, and optimal performance
• Manage data cloud servers and WhatsApp/social platform API integrations to ensure secure, reliable system performance and communication
• Facilitate seamless IT onboarding by provisioning hardware, software, and productivity workspace
• Perform any ad hoc tasks, assignments, or duties as assigned by Management from time to time

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 1–3 years of relevant IT support / technical experience
• Knowledge of hardware, software troubleshooting, and basic networking
• Familiar with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Willing to travel to project sites when required
