• Recommend frames and lenses based on customer needs
• Drive sales and consistently achieve targets

• Maintain store standards and display

• Minimum 1-2 years retail / sales experience (optical advantage)
• Proven sales performance and target-driven mindset
• Strong communication and customer handling skills
• Responsible, proactive, and team-oriented
