  • Manufacturing Management & Technology
  • Internet of Things (IoT)
  • Fundamentals of Engineering for Business & Procurement

Job description:

Teaching & Learning

  • Deliver lectures, tutorials, and other teaching activities for courses offered under SIUC programmes.
  • Prepare and maintain high-quality teaching and learning materials, including modules, assessments, teaching guides, and portfolios, in accordance with programme requirements.
  • Ensure timely upload of course materials, assessments, and student feedback via the institutional Learning Management System (Spectrum2U).
  • Design and prepare assessment and examination materials in compliance with approved formats and academic standards.
  • Monitor and evaluate students’ academic performance, participation, and attendance.
  • Provide academic guidance and constructive feedback to students to support learning progression.

Academic Administration

  • Maintain complete and up-to-date teaching files for each course taught.
  • Submit academic reports (e.g. course progress, attendance, assessment outcomes) to the Head of Academic as required.
  • Coordinate assessment marking and examination-related activities for assigned courses.
  • Ensure confidentiality of institutional and student information at all times.

Quality Assurance & Academic Development

  • Contribute to fostering a culture of academic excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Participate in curriculum review, enhancement, and implementation of academic policies.
  • Gather and analyse data related to student achievement and learning outcomes.
  • Participate in accreditation, quality assurance, and audit-related activities when required.

Professional Development & Engagement

  • Engage in continuous professional development, fulfilling a minimum of 40 hours of training per year.
  • Participate in academic planning, meetings, and institutional activities.
  • Where applicable, communicate professionally with parents/guardians on student academic matters through approved channels.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: From RM3,200.00 per month
