REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma / Degree in Administration, Management, Mass Communications, Urban Planning, or related field
• Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic digital tools
• Responsible, organised, and able to work independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Min 1 year experience in related field

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate and manage research, projects, and professional programmes
• Conduct research and data compilation related to planning, urban development, sustainability, and built environment matters
• Assist in the preparation of reports, proposal development, presentations, and technical documentation
• Coordinating meetings, events, and programmes
• Liaise with government agencies, local authorities, universities, industry partners, and members

ADDED ADVANTAGE

• Experience in event management or secretariat work
• Familiar with social media / basic design tools
• Interest in urban planning, professional bodies, or NGO environment

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
