Full Time Senior Accounts Executive Jobs, salary up to MYR 7,000 in IAQ Solutions Sdn. Bhd. Shah Alam - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the entire accounts payable function such as key-in invoice, payment arrangements, AP reconciliation, AP aging management and staff claim;
• Liaise with commercial and procurement team on the disputes and discrepancies invoice and other related supporting documents;
• Handle daily operation matters;
• Monthly bank reconciliation;
• To prepare monthly project summary report and monitor the project performance;
• Assist yearly audits;
• Able to handle full set of accounts is an added advantage;
• To perform any other duties assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent;
• Has working experience in the construction industry will be an added advantage;
• Good knowledge and basic understanding of accounting principles and procedures;
• Good command of English in both spoken and written;
• Knowledge in SQL or IFCA accounting software is an added advantage;
• Good in MS Excel, MS Word and MS Power Points.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
