Portable Air Conditioner Technician – Job Scope
1. Installation & Setup
Install and set up portable air conditioners at customer locations or event sites.
Ensure proper ventilation and drainage for optimal cooling performance.
2. Maintenance & Servicing

Perform routine maintenance such as cleaning filters, checking gas levels, and inspecting electrical components.
Ensure all portable air conditioning units operate efficiently.

3. Troubleshooting & Repair
Diagnose and repair faults in portable air conditioning units.
Replace damaged parts such as compressors, fans, hoses, or electrical components.

4. Equipment Handling
Transport, install, and dismantle portable air conditioning units for events, exhibitions, or temporary use.
Ensure proper handling to avoid damage during setup or removal.

5. Testing & Quality Check
Test the unit after installation or repair to ensure proper cooling performance.
Check for leaks, noise, or operational issues.

6. Customer Support
Explain basic usage and safety guidelines to customers.
Provide advice on the best placement for cooling efficiency.

7. Documentation
Record service reports, maintenance logs, and equipment condition after each job.

8. Safety Compliance
Follow safety procedures when handling electrical systems and refrigerants.
Ensure all installations comply with company safety standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
