Responsibilities
JOB PURPOSE
To coordinate and deliver administrative support ensuring efficient office management, operational reporting, systems support, and day-to-day administrative effectiveness.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Front Desk & Communication
Attend to incoming phone calls and welcome walk-in visitors, ensuring messages are accurately recorded and delivered
Office Administration
Monitor and maintain office equipment, printing, utilities, stationery, and manage insurance, drinking water supply, and document circulation
Clerical Support
Perform general clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and supporting meetings
Records & Monitoring
Monitor and record key office functions, including business, motor vehicle, insurance, and software records
IT Support
Assist with basic IT support, including hardware and software troubleshooting, broadband, and email maintenance
General Administrative Support
Perform other clerical duties as assigned by your supervisor or Head of Department
REQUIREMENTS
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
