Key Responsibilities
1. Design Execution
- Develop and execute designs for print, digital, and social media campaigns, including advertisements, brochures, flyers, web banners, packaging, and presentations.
- Ensure all visual content aligns with brand guidelines and project objectives.
2. Brand Development
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to maintain and enhance the visual identity of the brand.
- Assist in the creation and improvement of brand guidelines.
3. Digital & Social Media Content
- Create visually engaging assets for social media platforms, websites, email campaigns, and digital advertisements.
- Stay updated with current design trends to produce fresh and modern content.
4. Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, sales) to understand project goals and deliver effective design solutions.
- Present design ideas and incorporate feedback efficiently.
5. Project Management
- Handle multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
- Maintain organized files and manage workflow effectively.
6. Innovation & Creativity
- Stay informed about industry trends, tools, and technologies.
- Contribute fresh ideas and creative concepts for campaigns and branding initiatives.
Requirements & Qualifications
1. Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
2. Experience Level
Entry Level (Fresh Graduates / 0–2 years)
- Basic knowledge of graphic design principles and tools.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- A portfolio showcasing academic, freelance, or personal projects.
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Mid-Level (2–5 years)
- Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio.
- Ability to handle projects independently from concept to execution.
- Good understanding of branding, layout, typography, and digital content creation.
Senior-Level (5+ years)
- Extensive experience in graphic design with leadership in projects.
- Ability to guide junior designers and oversee design quality.
- Strong conceptual thinking and experience in managing brand identity and campaigns.
3. Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Familiarity with tools such as Figma or Sketch is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design is a plus.
- Understanding of printing processes, color theory, and file preparation.
4. Soft Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good time management and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to feedback and work under tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills (Optional)
- Experience in UI/UX design (wireframing, prototyping).
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or web design tools.
- Familiarity with animation software (e.g., After Effects, Blender).
