Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Intern to assist our finance team with daily accounting tasks. This internship provides hands-on experience in financial operations, bookkeeping, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records and reports
• Support data entry for invoices, receipts, and transactions
• Help with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Assist in bank reconciliation and expense tracking
• Organize and maintain accounting documents and filing systems
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Assist in audit preparation and documentation
• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the finance team

Requirements

• Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data entry)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM500.00 per month
