Full Time Customer service Clerk Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in Fireatline Selangor - Maukerja

We are looking for customer service representatives with strong communication skills and customer oriented mindset to handle our customer and potential customers requirements and needs.

Job scope

• Handling customer inquiries and redirecting call to relevant departments
• Handling customer complaints and troubleshooting issues with products or services
• Following up with clients or customers by phone, web chat or email to check that they’re still satisfied with their purchases or services received
• Update potential client list and forward to sales department

Experience is not required but recommended.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
