Tanggungjawab

Purpose

The job of Facilities Technician was established for the purpose/s of executed all task plan and given by HOD/management and assist HOD to ensure building/property is in good condition and next to satisfied all building occupants.

Job Description

  • Assist in building inspection and identified defect and provide the recommendation to rectify.
  • To attend/check/rectify ironmongeries, electrical repair works, mechanical repairs work, locks, carpentry, flooring, painting, roofing, windows, doors minor plumbing, minor parts assembly or installation and other handyman works through work order or complaints.
  • Troubleshoots and undertakes hands on repair works for any issues relating to building structure promptly.
  • To inspect all plumbing and sanitary system to ensure no blockage and leaks.
  • To inspect and monitor facilities equipment such as air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation system; fire protection system; lighting system; elevators; domestic cold water, sanitary & plumbing system.
  • Coordinates repair works with suppliers and/or contractors.
  • Monitor construction work done by the appointed contractor.
  • To ensure that the building and related systems are in good condition and satisfactory.
  • Assist in setting events/activities.
  • Perform any other work-related when assigned.
  • To oversee / supervise cleaning services / security services.
  • To attend ad-hoc/emergency call whenever required by customer or internal dept and to respond to call-outs and emergencies.
  • Reporting all abnormal situation, parts, near-miss and incident to respective superior.
  • To ensure know and follow all Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) policies, besides always use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Job Specification

Basic Qualification: Any related fields.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
