Full Time MECHANICAL CUM ASSEMBLY TECHNICIAN Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in TECHNO X AUTOMATION (M) SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

What you'll be doing

- Operating Milling, Lathe, Grinding Machine & Band Saw
- Carry out hot work such as welding and cutting
- Conduct repair and service / maintenance work for our products supplied to customer
- Assist project engineer on project execution
- Experience in CAD software (Autocad / Solidworks) and able to read and interpret detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD/Solidworks or equivalent for fabrication procees
- Assemble and install a variety of mechanical and automation systems, ensuring precision and accuracy
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on existing systems to ensure optimal performance
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, working closely with the engineering team to find solutions
- Maintain detailed records of all work performed and parts used
- Contribute to the development and improvement of our assembly processes and procedures
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe work environment
⁠- Perform mechanical assembly, installation, testing and onsite setup of the machine /conveyor / jigs based on timelines and customer requirement

What we're looking for

- Must have experience in Machining, Mechanical work, Machine Assembly, Troubleshooting, Maintenance and CAD drawing.
- Strong working knowledge of mechanical and automation systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve technical issues
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with the engineering team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
