Key Responsibilities

• Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining network devices such as routers, switches, and access points.
• Support daily IT operations and troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
• Monitor network performance and report technical problems.
• Assist with hardware and software setup for employees.
• Help maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and system records.
• Provide basic technical support to users via email, phone, or onsite assistance.
• Support cybersecurity and data backup activities.
• Participate in IT infrastructure improvement projects.
