Job Summary

The Finance / Accounting Intern will support the Finance Department in daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and administrative tasks. This internship provides hands-on exposure to real-world financial processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities1. Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Assist in data entry of financial transactions into accounting systems
• Maintain proper filing of accounting documents (invoices, receipts, vouchers)
• Support accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions
• Assist in bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance

2. Financial Reporting

• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and schedules
• Support in variance analysis and basic financial analysis
• Compile data for audit and tax purposes

3. Administrative Support

• Organize and maintain financial records in both physical and digital formats
• Assist in documentation for internal controls and SOP compliance
• Support finance team in ad-hoc administrative tasks

4. Compliance & Audit

• Ensure all financial records are properly documented and compliant with company policies
• Assist in internal and external audit preparation
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information at all times

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM900.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
