Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance machine learning models and algorithms to address business challenges and opportunities.
- Research and implement state-of-the-art machine learning techniques to improve the performance and scalability of AI systems.
- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI solutions, including data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and inference, to meet project objectives and deadlines.
- Conduct thorough analysis of large and complex datasets to extract actionable insights and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning research and technologies, and evaluate their potential applications to our projects.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solution designs.
- Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI models into production systems and ensure their scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Participate in code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing activities to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning within the team.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python with experience in developing AI/ML applications.
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and principles, with hands-on experience in building and deploying models using libraries/frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Passion for AI and its potential to drive innovation and solve real-world problems.
