Responsibilities
We are looking for a committed, detail-oriented Sales Support Protégé to join our Supply Chain Fulfilment team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates eager to gain hands-on experience in logistics coordination, sales administration, document control, and operational workflow management.
The Protégé will support daily sales support functions including quotation processing, portal management, billing coordination, and documentation preparation. Due to the high volume of transactions and paperwork handled daily, this role requires exceptional accuracy, accountability, and the discipline to thoroughly verify work to prevent operational or customer impact.

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy — must be comfortable working with large volumes of paperwork.
Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Word); knowledge of ERP/SAP is an advantage.
Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
Responsible and proactive mindset with strong organizational skills.
Hands-on training and guidance in a real-world supply chain and fulfillment environment.
Exposure to ERP systems, sales support functions, and document handling best practices.
Opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Logistics & etc.).
