Job Description

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

1. Front Office & Reception

  • Greet clients and visitors professionally; manage phone calls and inquiries.
  • Handle incoming/outgoing legal documents, couriers, and registered mail (AR Registered).
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the reception area and manage meeting room schedules.

2. HR & Statutory Administration

  • Statutory Compliance: Assist in the monthly processing of EPF (KWSP), SOCSO (PERKESO), EIS (SIP), and PCB (MTD).
  • Employee Records: Maintain updated employee files, including leave records, medical claims, and attendance.

3. HRIS & Digital Admin

  • Data Entry: Update internal databases with high accuracy to ensure no errors in salary or legal filings.

4. General Legal Admin

  • Assist lawyers with photocopying, scanning, and the "bundling" of court documents.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and filing of invoices.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: Minimum SPM/STPM or Diploma in HR, Business Admin, Law or related fields.
  • Statutory Knowledge: Must have a basic understanding of Malaysian statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, PCB, EIS).
  • Technical Skills: * Familiarity with HRIS software is a strong advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Word and Excel).
  • Language: Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Attitude: High level of integrity and confidentiality (crucial for a law firm).

Salary & Benefits

  • Starting Salary: RM 600
  • Statutory: Full contribution to EPF, SOCSO, and EIS.
  • Leave: Annual leave, Medical leave, and Public Holiday coverage as per the Employment Act.

Pay: RM600.00 per month

Work Location: In person
