Role Overview
The Project Engineer oversees residential and commercial construction execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

A. Site & Project Execution

• Plan and supervise daily site activities for commercial projects.
• Coordinate architectural, structural, M&E, and ID works.
• Monitor progress against project schedules and budgets.

B. Quality, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure works comply with drawings, specifications, and safety requirements.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks on materials and workmanship.
• Address site issues proactively and implement corrective actions.

C. Stakeholder Coordination

• Liaise with Project Managers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Resolve technical and site-related challenges efficiently.
• Manage client experience throughout the project

D. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain site records, inspection reports, and approval documentation.
• Provide timely progress updates, risk reports, and issue escalation.
