Job Description

Responsibilities

Looking for Document Controller / Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

Document Control

  • Manage and maintain all project documents, including Work Orders (WO), PO, BOQ, drawings, reports, and permits.
  • Implement strict version control, naming conventions, and documentation standards - Company implement ISO 9001 (QMS).
  • Maintain organized and accessible filing systems (hardcopy and softcopy).
  • Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance before submission.
  • Distribute updated documents to engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure documentation adheres to client requirements

Project Coordination

  • Assist in coordinating daily project operations and site activities and Update project trackers (progress, materials, manpower, documentation).
  • Schedule site visits, meetings, and appointments for project teams.
  • Follow up with clients, engineers, and subcontractors on pending tasks.
  • Prepare meeting minutes and ensure action items are completed.

  • Safety & Compliance
  • Billing & Cost Coordination

Requirements

Education

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or related fields.

Experience

  • Minimum 1–2 years experience in document control or project coordination.(Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Experience in Telco / OSP / CME / Network projects is an added advantage.

Skills

  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and manage tight deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in data entry and document handling.
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Subang Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • Administrative: 1 year (Required)
