Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with data entry and maintenance of financial records.
• Help with the preparation of invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Support monthly closing activities and account reconciliations.
• Organize and maintain proper filing of financial documents.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and summaries.
• Verify and process expense claims and reimbursements.
• Perform basic analysis of financial data.
• Support audit and compliance activities as needed.
• Assist with any ad hoc accounting or administrative tasks as required by the department.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a team environment.
• Being proficient in using an auto-count system is an advantage (not required).
