Ready for your next career step? We are hiring an HSE supervisor cum Forecourt Supervisor.

We are a medium sized petro retail station with steady customer traffic and a supportive team culture. Every shift matters here. You play a key role in keeping the station safe, efficient, and customer focused.

What you will do :

• Lead all Health, Safety, and Environment matters. Ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Train and guide staff on safety rules and emergency procedures.
• Conduct regular forecourt inspections and correct unsafe conditions.
• Coordinate fuel offloading safely with complete documentation.
• Supervise daily forecourt operations and front line staff.
• Handle customer transactions according to company policy.
• Resolve customer questions and complaints professionally.
• Manage retail operations including merchandising, display standards, stock rotation, and promotions.
• Support daily operations and cover the Manager’s role when required.

Requirements :

• +1 year experience in an operations environment. Supervisory or team lead experience is an advantage. Training will be provided.
• HSE related certification is a bonus.
• Basic leadership, communication, and organisational skills with a strong willingness to learn.
• Confident in managing staff and guiding teams to meet daily operational requirements.
• Hands on and proactive. Willing to work alongside the team on the floor.
• Flexible with job scope and operational tasks.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
