Responsibilities:

• • • Assess and understand customers’ environment, identify their needs, propose solutions, implement, and support IT network infrastructure and Systems.
    • Explore new technologies, products and cloud based solutions that could be deployed and bring benefits to customers.
    • Manage and ensure a smooth delivery, installation, configuration, setting of customers’ devices, complete with proper documentations.
    • Build and maintain good relationship with customers as well as vendors.

Requirements:

Academic Qualification, Skills & Work Experience

• • • Possess a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related field, with minimum 2 years of related working experience.
    • Those with Certificate, Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma holders with at least 5 years related working experience in ICT support may apply.
    • Possess knowledge on networking and server OS, preferably with hands-on experience in support, designing and implementing IT networks, backup and security systems.
    • Possess at least Intermediate knowledge on Microsoft Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
    • Ability to implement, configure, support / administer Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 will be an added advantage.
    • Possess good analytical & troubleshooting skills, able to resolve issues and identify root cause.

Other Requirements

• • • Good verbal and written communication skills to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders of all levels.
    • Applicants must possess good command of written and spoken English. Ability to communicate in other languages is an added advantage.
    • Able to work independently with minimal supervision & also a team player.
    • Proactive and willing to share technical knowledge with team members.
    • Possess own transport & willing to travel as & when required.
    • Willing to be based in Kuching, Sarawak at own cost.
    • Are Malaysian, preferably Sarawakian.
