Human Resources Business Partner (Japanese Speaking)
Location: Greater Kuala Lumpur (On-site), G Tower
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Malaysia Public Holidays)
Note: Flexibility in working hours may be required depending on business needs and operational requirements.

Position Overview
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) partners closely with business leaders and employees to build a productive and engaging work environment. This role supports business objectives through strategic people management, with a strong focus on Industrial Relations (IR) and operational HR support.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary HRBP for assigned business units, building strong relationships with stakeholders
- Lead and manage Industrial Relations (IR) matters including disciplinary actions, grievances, investigations, and performance management (PIP, non-confirmation cases)
- Provide guidance on employment laws, HR policies, and best practices
- Handle employee relations matters including counselling, conflict resolution, and workplace mediation
- Prepare HR documentation such as show cause letters, warning letters, and support Domestic Inquiry (DI) processes
- Draft, review, and translate HR documents in both English and Japanese
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational effectiveness
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (TA, C&B, L&D) to deliver integrated HR solutions
- Monitor HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and company policies
- Support employee engagement initiatives and HR policy implementation
Requirements
- Diploma or above in any field. (preferably HR related field)
- Fluent in Japanese and English (spoken and written)
- Experience or exposure in Industrial Relations (IR) or HR operations is highly preferred
- Candidates with BPO experience (QA, Trainer, SV, TL, OM) without direct HR experience are encouraged to apply
- Experience in BPO or large-scale operations environment is an added advantage
- Knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and labor regulations is preferred
- Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and confidentiality
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- 2nd interview: Senior Manager-HR(in English)
- 3rd interview: HR director (In English)
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
