Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of assigned retail outlet
- Lead and motivate sales team to achieve monthly targets
- Ensure excellent customer service and in-store experience
- Manage stock levels, merchandising, and product displays
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates to management
- Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and basic team coordination
- Support promotional campaigns and new product launches
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years experience as Retail Supervisor / Senior Sales
- Experience in fashion or lifestyle retail is preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Sales-driven with good customer service mindset
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently
- Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
