Position : Quality Assurance Manager

Working Hours: Monday – Friday (09:00 to 18:00)

Employment Type : 12 month contract via PERSOL

Salary: RM10,000 - RM15,000 based on qualification & experience

Working arrangements: At least 3 days in office per week

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to support a high-impact Philippines divestment project within the pharmaceutical industry.

In this dynamic, project-based role, you will ensure regulatory compliance, product quality, and uninterrupted supply throughout a 12-month transition period. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, global stakeholders, and health authorities to deliver a seamless and compliant divestment process.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and oversee QA activities to ensure compliance throughout the divestment lifecycle
• Act as the key QA contact for manufacturing sites, partners, and internal teams
• Manage quality transfer activities, Quality Agreements (QAAs), and documentation
• Perform quality risk assessments for transfer and transition activities
• Oversee deviations, change controls, complaints, and CAPAs
• Ensure compliance with PH regulatory requirements across GMP, GDP, and GxP
• Support Health Authority inspections, queries, and follow-ups
• Maintain data integrity and ensure complete documentation
• Collaborate with Regulatory, Supply Chain, Commercial, Legal & BD teams
• Identify risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies
• Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of quality issues
• Drive GxP training and awareness among stakeholders and partners

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field
• Strong English communication skills
• At least 8 years of QA experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Solid expertise in GMP, GDP, and GxP compliance
• Experience in divestment, carve-out, or transition projects (highly preferred)
• Understanding of ASEAN/APAC regulatory requirements (PH FDA knowledge is a bonus)
• Proven ability to work in a matrix, global environment
• Strong project management, stakeholder engagement & problem-solving skills
• Ability to excel in fast-paced, complex environments
